Indicate in the description when a build in running the app tests

add_app_suffix_to_job_descriptions into master

To better identify when a DEV build is running the app tests, we are adding the " - app" suffix to the build descriptions. That way both Jenkins (and the ToBiC failures sheet) will show that information making easier to discern which builds correspond to the app.
