Automatically fill failed builds description with BFA indications
To be used in scheduled job:
It keeps failed builds descriptions fed with Failure Analyzer causes / indications.
It's working there nicely already (see #4 for example). To try it, just remove a few descriptions (based on indications, not manual ones), run it manually and the indications (one or multiple) will be back. Builds without indications - or builds that already have a description - are left unmodified.
