This implementation will introduce bulk actions qbank
plugins which can grab the selected question and perform
actions according to the selected option from dropdown
in the base view.

This implementation will introduce a qbank plugin
"comment" which will allow users with the capability
to comment in a question. It also implements a
callback for the question preview page to view
and add comments from the preview page. Comment
plugin is implemented using the existing comments
API from the core.

by replacing the core classes. Having this plugin will give users

The Classic theme is being introduced as a Bootstrap 4 replacement
for the older themes based on Bootstrap 2, such as Bootstrapbase,
Clean and More. It is a child theme of Boost, with a navigation
structure similar to the Clean theme.

blog_entry_created - Removed summary field
blog_entry_deleted - Removed summary field and unwanted entry record
blog_entry_updated - Fixed single quotes and removed summary field
course_module_created - Removed subject
course_module_updated - Removed subject
user_deleted - Removed user firstname and last name
course_module_viewed - Fixed description

For this to be done properly, a new function to send the message
and trigger the event has been created. Following that a
data generator for chat, and some unit tests.
